coming out on top with a 7-6 thrilling win! FC Magic 95 Red's keeper

providing very exciting and competitive games. Dec. 17 - FC MAGIC 95 RED (U15) plays up in the Milwaukee Kickers indoor "Turkey Classic" during Thanksgiving weekend
Nov. 28th at Uihlein Soccer Park in Milwaukee, FC Magic 95 Red won all three pool games in the U16 Division, advancing to the finals against NEW Utd 94
(a top premier U16 State League team). It was a very good match with
the game ending in a 5-5 tie. NEW Utd 94 won in OT with FC Magic 95 Red placing 2nd.
Nov. 29th had the boys back at Uihlein this time playing in the U19 Division. FC Magic 95 Red won both pool games advancing to the finals against
"The Bad Boys". The first game was entertaining with the boys down 4-0 against a very good
team. The boys stepped it up and won 5-4. FC Magic 95 Red lost in the finals 9-6 in
a very physical fast paced match.
Dec. 16 - FC MAGIC 01 RED Bombers (U11 BOYS)
The boys faced the Jaguars last Saturday with both teams at 5-0-1. Starting goalie Owen Johnson was near perfect in the net with Adler Reschke, Mitchell Scholz and Christopher Blankenfeld giving FC Magic the scoring punch to a 12-3 win. FC Magic 01 Red Bombers improved to 6-0-1. Come and watch the Bombers play their last indoor game on the small field at Soccer Heaven Saturday, Dec. 19th 6:30 pm.
Dec. 1 - FC MAGIC PLAYERS CONTRIBUTE TO STATE CHAMPIONSHIP
U18 players - Paul Stuebs, Matt Page, Thomas Riley, Travis Nuschart and Ryan Evers helped Fox Valley Lutheran win the Division II State High School Soccer Championship. Paul Stuebs scored the winning goal in the 2nd over time!

Nov. 5 - Congratulations FC MAGIC Firecrackers - Champions of the 2009 Octoberfest Tournament The
U11 girls started strong on Saturday by beating ASC Lightening 4-0.
They won the group by beating ASC Quicksters 10-0. Sunday the
Firecrackers played Sheboygan Cyclones in the semi final and won 4-1.
The Championship had FC Magic Firecrackers winning 5-1 over ASC
Lightening!

Oct. 4 - FC MAGIC 99 Red Firecrackers Tie ASC U11G Red 3-3 During "A" U11 Classic Girls League the Firecrackers goal keeper Katie M. made numerous saves during the first half to lead the team. After getting down 0-3 the Firecrackers started their own fireworks with Olivia M. scoring with the assist from Katie. Olivia got her 2nd goal minutes later and with time running out Paige S. was fouled in the box. Paige hit a perfect PK bringing the sides level 3-3. Defenders Madison M., Orion K. and Drew C played tough the whole match.
Sept. 11 - Congratulations to Joe DeCoursin for winning his appeal over East Central In part from the WYSA Appeal Committee:
"Regarding FC Magic’s appeal on the East Central District’s one year probation assessed against FC Magic Coach Joe DeCoursin, and the hearing that was held on August 22, 2009, the WYSA Appeal Panel would like to thank you and your club representatives for meeting with us to express your thoughts and opinions on the tryout suspension.
Given the information exchanged during the appeal hearing, and the answers provided to the panelists’ questions, the panel’s decision is to accept the FC Magic appeal based on the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association Policies. The Appeal Panel therefore has overturned the action of the East Central District relative to Mr. DeCoursin’s probationary status."

Parents please be aware as of June 8th you are not allowed to to talk with other parents/players about playing for your team or other teams outside of the recruiting period.
July 20 - FC Magic 95 Red takes first in Upper Midwest FC Magic 95 Red went 5-0 winning the Upper Midwest Championship in the season ending tournament.
July 13 - FC Magic U-19 takes first in Oregon The U-19 boys team, coached by Jason Schwalbach, came in first place, at the Oregon Tournament. Final game went into 2, five minute overtimes, and then a shootout. They won in the 8th round of penalty kicks. Goalie, Alex Piekarske, stopped 3 shots in a row!!!!
July 2 - FC Magic 95 Red Recognized by Mayor of Appleton FC Magic 95 Red was invited to the Appleton City Council meeting July 1st and was recognized for making history by being the first Fox Valley boys team (U13-U18) to win a State Championship.
June 27 - FC MAGIC RED ADVANCES TO REGIONAL SEMI FINALS!!!!
FC Magic 95 Red travelled to Sioux Falls, South Dakota on June 19th. On Saturday June 20th FC Magic faced Indiana. The boys battled back from a 3-1 half time deficit to level the game 3-3 with a goal from Adam Pohlman. Ryan Burton stole the ball and connected with Adam.
Sunday, June 21st FC Magic faced Nebraska. The boys controlled the game from the start finishing with a 4-0 win.
Monday, June 22nd FC Magic met Michigan. Waza ranked 2nd in the Region and 11th in the Nation needed a win to advance FC Magic would advance to the semi final with a draw. It was a hard fought battle with some very nervous moments, but the end result was a draw advancing FC Magic 95 Red to the Regional Semi Finals on Tuesday.
Tuesday, June 23rd FC Magic vs MRL Champion Michigan Wolves. First half saw the Wolves taking advantage of FC Magic miscues going up 3-0 at half. The final was 4-0 with Michigan Wolves moving on to the Championship game on Wednesday.
Over 400 U14 boys teams from 14 States competed for 16 spots at Regionals. To think FC Magic 95 Red made it to the final four at Regionals was unbelievable! Only 2 teams from Wisconsin made the semi finals. Us and FC Milwaukee U14 girls.
It was a great run for FC Magic 95 Red! June 4th - DO YOU BELIEVE IN MAGIC? STATE CHAMPION FC MAGIC 95 RED FC Magic 95 Red beat Mequon United Red 2-1 in the State Cup Semi final with goals from Alexander Liddell and Seth Maertz. In the State Cup Championship game FC Magic Red 95 beat FC Milwaukee Blue 1-0, Jonah Jacke scored the game winning goal on a set piece service by Jacob Hernandez. The boys State Championship title is the first for a Fox Valley boys team (U13-U18). The team advances to Regionals in Sioux Falls, South Dakota June 29-24. May 31st - FC Magic's Ken Pisaniello receives WYSA Ken Kabanica Scholarship Congratulations to FC Magic's very own Ken Pisaniello for being awared one of six 2009 Mike Kabanica Scholarships, awarded annually to six graduating seniors who are members of Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association. Here is the write up from WYSA's website (click <here> for additional details): "Ken Pisaniello resides in Appleton and plays for FC Magic where he also volunteers. A two sport letterman (soccer and track), he has enjoyed the success as an individual and member of a team. Ken is also very successful in the classroom, maintaining straight A’s while also being active with the symphonic orchestra, receiving solo and ensemble awards in three years of high school. Undecided on his major at this time, he is looking forward to attending the University of Wisconsin – Madison this fall."
May 29th - FC MAGIC 95 RED ADVANCES TO SEMI FINAL OF STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS!!! FC Magic 95 Red (U14 boys) finished 2-0-1 in there division by beating Croatian Eagles Red 3-1 and MYSC Yahara Blue 3-0. Going into the third game needing a win or draw, the boys faced a formidable opponent in Madison FC. The Midwest Regional Premier League team has a classy group of players and coach. The hard fought battle ended 0-0 advancing FC Magic 95 Red to the Semi Finals of the State Cup Saturday, May 30th vs Mequon Red at 2:30 pm field #10.
